I remember getting out of the hospital after my heart attack and realizing I would never eat the same again. Completely changing your diet can be daunting, especially when your family does not share your dietary needs. If you are starting a new diet, have allergies or specific dietary needs meal planning can help make that process simpler and easier for you to stay on track.

Maybe you want to try new and exciting recipes or just want to get out of the rut of eating the same things all the time. Meal planning can help introduce you to new foods, flavors, and techniques. Meal planning is also a great way to ensure you keep to your diet and reduce food costs and waste. Basic meal planning is included with my personal chef services.

How does it work?

First we will set up a time to meet (in person or over the phone) and we wll go over your dietary needs, preferences, likes, and dislikes. I will then curate and plan weekly meal plans with recipes, shopping lists and recommendations. As you follow the plan you provide feedback and we can develop and hone your meal plan(s).

Consultation and custom meal plans are billed at an hourly.
