Maybe you want to try new and exciting recipes or just want to get out of the rut of eating the same things all the time.Meal planning can help introduce you to new foods, flavors, and techniques. Meal planning is also a great way to ensure you keep to your diet and reduce food costs and waste. Basic meal planning is included with my personal chef services.

How does it work?

You can choose from a set of recipes or I can create a custom meal plan. For custom mean plan we will set up a time to meet (in person or over the phone) and we will go over your dietary needs, preferences, likes, and dislikes. I will then curate and plan weekly meal plans with recipes, shopping lists and recommendations. As you follow the plan you provide feedback and we can develop and hone your meal plan(s).


I can also shop for you and deliver all you need for your meals.
